Built for Public Company Teams, by Public Company Leaders

Versance was founded on one premise: the AI used by public companies has to clear the same bar as everything else those companies file, say, and publish.

We build to that bar. Every Versance output is grounded in the company's own disclosure record, cited to specific source documents and dates, and traceable through an audit log. The reasoning engine is tested continuously against a permanent suite of investor questions, so behavior stays consistent from one release to the next.

Versance was founded in early 2023 by a team with experience across public-company operations, capital markets, and AI engineering. The platform is in production across the major North American exchanges.

Built on Every Disclosure

Versance's data foundation is a normalized, continuously updated corpus of every filing, news release, presentation, and earnings call transcript from 8,615 issuers across EDGAR (United States) and SEDAR+ (Canada). New disclosures are ingested as they're filed. The corpus is what makes compliance-grade AI possible.
